Our Facility
Our state of the art equine facility has a wonderful open floor plan. Both our horses and riders enjoy the well ventilated, dust reduced, insect controlled environment. The facility is beautifully planned for both the convenience and safety of the rider and horse.
We have a lovely custom built riders' lounge with all the amenities. Our staff and riders enjoy meeting, viewing tapes on the big screen TV, or just relaxing, while viewing both the outdoor and indoor arenas.
Our tack room has all the amenities with a washer and dryer, tack cleaning station, and over 60 saddle racks with bridle brackets. The tack room is heated and well ventilated with plenty of natural light.
We have a state of the art 20 meter x 40 meter indoor riding arena. The arena is built according to the United States Dressage Federations' standards and recommendations. The arena fencing is a beautiful solid oak stained in cedar. The footing is excellent! We also have a beautifully constructed 100 foot x 200 foot all weather outdoor arena. Again, built in accordance with the USDF recommendations topped with a shredded rubber surrounded by white wood plank fencing.
Our pasture is custom seeded for the ultimate grazing for horses. Our fencing is state of the art, veterinarian recommended polymer coated electric high tinsel. All our fencing has been professionally designed and installed.
We are in the process of building a 30 foot x 40 foot hay storage building that will house our own custom hay blend grown on our farm.
We have two 12x12 grooming stalls with rubber mats. We also have a 12x12 wash stall with hot and cold water supplied through a shower boom. All three have windows and excellent light.
Our stalls are the best available! They are 12x12 tongue and groove beautifully stained oak wood, complete with automatic watering systems, 2 inch rubber mats, and insect control. All have matching blanket rack hardware. Some of our stalls have Dutch doors with private turnout.
Our aisle ways are concrete to facilitate cleaning and dust control.
